Originally a 4-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse over 100 years old, our main residence has been lovingly transformed into a thoughtfully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath luxury apartment that adjoins the kennel. With sweeping views of the property and direct access to our on-site grooming suite, treatment room, and welcoming lobby, this living space ensures round-the-clock care from those who treat your pet like family.

Our facility is surrounded by 8-foot-tall fencing with a buried guard that prevents both digging out and tunneling in. We’ve kept your pets safely in and all predators out. For extra protection, a reinforced pipe fence lines the highway frontage, offering a strong barrier to any potential vehicular impact.
We’ve taken every step so you can feel completely at ease, knowing your pets are secure from every angle.

Outdoor Runs: Room to Zoom, Tailored to Size

Our five spacious outdoor runs are designed with safety, fun, and species-specific needs in mind. One run was specially created for pups under 20 lbs, with smaller-gauge fencing that even the craftiest can’t slip through.

Red maples and fruitless plum trees shade the play areas, creating a natural barrier against opportunistic hawks. Each run includes automatic, pet-safe running water to keep even the thirstiest hounds happily hydrated. Regular mowing keeps the grass fresh, soft, and ready for romping.
